Srinagar Arrival & Traditional Houseboat Stay
Land at Srinagar Airport where our representative will greet you and drive you to Dal Lake. Board a decorated Shikara to reach your deluxe houseboat. Spend the afternoon settling in and enjoying hot Kashmiri Kehwa. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful sunset Shikara ride across the lake, capturing the reflection of the snow-clad Zabarwan range on the calm waters. Dinner will be served on board.
Pahalgam Valley & Lidder River Exploration
After breakfast, proceed to Pahalgam, the 'Valley of Shepherds'. En route, witness the spectacular saffron fields of Pampore and the ancient ruins of the 1100-year-old Awantipora temple. Upon reaching Pahalgam, check into your hotel and head out to see the gushing Lidder River. Walk along its banks and spend a relaxed evening exploring the local market amidst towering pine trees.
Gulmarg Snow Adventure & World's Highest Cable Car
Travel to Gulmarg, the snow paradise of India. Check into your resort and immediately head to the Gondola station. Ride up to Phase 1 and Phase 2 on Mt. Apharwat. Here, you can try snow skiing, sledding, or snowboarding with professional guides. The views from Phase 2 at over 13,000 feet are absolutely majestic. Return to the town for a cozy evening next to a fireplace.
Mughal Gardens Heritage Tour
Drive back to Srinagar. Spend the afternoon touring the spectacular royal gardens of the Mughal era: Chashma Shahi (Royal Spring), Nishat Bagh, and Shalimar Bagh. Learn about the Persian influence on Kashmiri landscaping. In the evening, you can opt for shopping or a casual walk along the lively boulevard road near the lake.
Souvenir Shopping & Airport Departure
Savor your final breakfast in the valley. If time permits, visit the Government Emporium to pick up authentic dry fruits, spices, and woolen carpets. Pack your bags, check out from the hotel, and proceed to Srinagar Airport for your journey back home.
